The secret spot! I just moved down to the Spring Valley area of LV and have been looking for a solid breakfast spot. As soon as I walked into Stacks & Yolks I was greeted with the most welcoming hello by Angel. The ambiance is open, clean, fun and homie. All their mugs say "Death Over Decaf" which I love lol! The menu has a variety of options, but not so wide that you worry about the quality. They for sure focus on quality over quantity! I ordered the chorizo scramble that comes with a flour tortilla - SO DELICIOUS! Reminded me of my grandmas scramble from when I was little. I also ordered the Churro Waffle and OMMMGGG it was ridiculously good! I'm a little scared for my diet now that I live so close to here! Not to mention the coffee refills never ceased AND they have the flavored creamer! Great spot to bring the whole family. Everyone will find something they love, and you will feel like it's your local spot that feels like home.

Wound up here for breakfast as the Durango Casino breakfast spots did not open early enough for us! Glad we found this quiet little restaurant as it was a great choice for breakfast. One piece of advice... Come hungry! The food portions are astronomical. Both my husband and I split the scrambled eggs, bacon, and home fries plate and we could not finish it. We decided to try a single pancake. We couldn't finish that either! Huge... And tasty! All the food was wonderful. Our server was exceptionally friendly and kind and if you wind up taking their 10 Eggs and Pancake challenge, get the name of the neighborhood Urgent Care! GET STACKED and YOLKED. TRY THE STACKS & YOLKS CHALLENGE...FINISH 10 EGGS AND 10 PANCAKES IN ONE HOUR AND YOUR MEAL IS FREE. ALSO WIN A FREE SHIRT. IF YOU DONT FINISH WITHIN AN HOUR IT'S $4O BUCKS. We got on the road early, but not before leaving our 4 thumbs up review... 2 from my husband and 2 from me!

WOWW! Found this spot on a whim and what a GREAT decision. The food is INCREDIBLE!!! BEST BRUNCH IN VEGAS PERIOD. Got the the steak tips breakfast and the build an omelette breakfast, DELICIOUS and comes with a good amount of food!! Then got literally 3 stacks of pancakes (Elvis, tres leches, and built a cinnamon batter one) and 1 French toast (Oreo) THE WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE IS INSANE. New staple for when we come to Vegas - A MUST TRY!! And the service was awesome. So friendly and cool. This place is a VIBE. Stop reading this and GO!!

Service is great. The food is good too but depends what you order. I love the fresh OJ every time. Last few times my food choices were good but I decided to change it up this time. I had the Chilaquiles special, unfortunately it was too soaked in sauce for the nachos under my eggs, way too over powering. I'm sure it would have been good without all that or maybe on the side so I could have sprinkled it lightly. My husband got the California Benedict, his dish was way better.

I had to chance to visit here while I was visiting the city. There is a parking lot and as always with this city I love places that have parking lots. It is located in a strip ball. When we entered, there was a table available, and we were seated right away. A server came over to get our drink order and then a few minutes later a server stop by to tell us about the specials and to get our food order. The menu is pretty big and the food can be overwhelming with so many choices. I love the novelty items that they have on their menu, but we decided to go with the special and , one of the simpler menu items. I ordered the special which was chilaquiles and my husband got marinated steak, tips, and eggs. Both meals were really good. The only issue that we had was that we ordered over medium eggs and we found both our eggs to be really runny. Also, although it is hard to cook small pieces of steak, medium, some of the steak in the marinated steak dish was a little overcooked. The marinated steak tips came with a biscuit and gravy. The gravy had great flavor. I found this breakfast to be a little on the expensive side. It seems that $61 for two egg dishes was a lot. I rationalize this by the area that it was located in and my husband ordering a steak dish. I would definitely visit again to try some of the other items on the menu. I saw lots of other other guests getting the fruity pebbles French toast, which looked awesome!
